Crafting clear, trustworthy experiences for complex products

I'm a product designer at Freightos, where I design production features for a B2B SaaS logistics platform, taking them from discovery and ideation through design and iteration. I work on dense, data-heavy systems alongside product managers, engineers and other designers, with user needs driving the decisions.

My background sits between design and technology. A Bachelor's in Multimedia at UPC and a Master's in UX/UI Design at UNIR taught me to move between user research, interaction design and interface detail, and to treat each decision as something that has to hold up in a real product, not just look right in a file. I think in systems as much as screens, extending design system components and interaction patterns so the work stays consistent as it scales.

What drives me is clarity and trust. I'm most motivated by products where simplifying complex workflows and data has a direct impact on how confidently people make decisions. Turning a dense, intimidating interface into something a user understands and trusts is the part of this work I care about most.
